Unforgettable Days Experiences Packaging and Delivery
All outer packaging will include the specialty gift box with
matching tissue paper and ribbon as well as the Experience
itinerary. It will also include any other information relevant
to the Experience as well as an Unforgettable Days camera
to capture all your Unforgettable moments. We are happy to
send the gift parcel to you or directly to the recipient.
There will be a standard postage and packaging fee applied
to each parcel, which will include UPS Next Day delivery (a
signature is required upon receipt). This charge as well as
GST will be included in the final cost of the selected purchase
and will be sent within 2 working days of receipt of payment
– you will receive the package the next evening. Alternatively,
you can have your package delivered in the morning or on a
Saturday by the same courier service – see the details
below. Contact us for information on delivery overseas. We
are happy to send the gift parcel to you or directly to the
recipient. If your parcel goes astray, please inform us as
soon as possible and we will be happy to provide a duplicate
pack for this inconvenience free of charge. A 3% surcharge
will be added to the final cost of purchases over $500, if
paid by credit card.
Courier Service
If you need the parcel urgently, or delivered on a specific
date, we can utilize the courier service, UPS. Please contact
us to apply a rush delivery. The fees and guidelines for this
service are as follows;
- UPS morning delivery - $21.05
- UPS Saturday delivery - $41.05
Christmas
Last order dates, delivery times, opening hours, and courier
charges may vary over the Christmas and New Year period. For
seasonal variations, please visit our website or contact our
Head Office.
Unforgettable Days Experience Insurance
Global Experience packages will offer a discretionary insurance
plan that may be purchased by the client or recipient. Failure
to purchase the recommended insurance will exclude The Bespoke
Experience Group Ltd. in any legal constraints. Please refer
to the RBC Travel Insurance website for more information on
the services offered or contact our Head Office for service
descriptions and quotes. The services can be purchased with us through our affiliated travel agent.
Unforgettable Days Gift Vouchers
This service allows the recipient to choose from a variety
of Experiences. The gift vouchers are mailed to either the
purchaser or the recipient and are evidence of payment. This
payment is non-refundable unless under the restrictions of
the guidelines herein (within 28 days of purchase outside
of the time restrictions, minus administration fee). If the
selection is higher in price than the amount originally paid,
you will be charged the difference. If the selection is lower
than the original amount, the balance will be held in credit
for the client to use in any further purchase. The balance
is not refundable and credit noted cannot be applied to any
other related areas in The Bespoke Experience Group (e.g.
Credit from an Experience can not be used towards Concierge
Services, Event Management, or Gourmet Meals @ Home). The
voucher will show a reference number which must by quoted
when booking your selected Experience and will identify the
payment. The Bespoke Experience Group will take no responsibility
for any loss you may incur as a result of impersonation or
identity fraud and therefore you must ensure that you secure
your voucher at all times. The certificate expiration will
be noted on the item and will be valid for six months from
the date of purchase. You may extend it once before it expires
for an additional period by paying an extension supplement
of $20. Once the selected Experience is chosen and booked,
a new reference will be issued to you and must be used in
future dealings related to this issue.
Unforgettable Days Experience Vouchers
An Unforgettable Days Experience Vouchers can be purchased
when the date to participate in the Experience is unknown.
This can benefit the purchaser with an easier decision process
as the date does not have to be set. Global Experiences are
excluded in this area, as it is difficult to hold the price
for the Experience for a period of time and also due to popularity
and availability. The Unforgettable Days Experience Vouchers
are valid for up to six months from the date of purchase unless
extended for a supplement of $20. The refund policy for this
area is equal to what is mentioned herein (28 days from date
of purchase outside of the time restrictions, minus an administration
fee). The signature packaging applies to this type of voucher
and includes the Experience itinerary.
Unforgettable Days Experiences (Specific Experience
Choice)
When a chosen Experience is purchased, a gift box will be
sent to the purchaser or recipient with a brochure detailing
the selection that was purchased for them including the itinerary.
Refund and Cancellations
Unforgettable Days Experiences & Gift Vouchers
We will be happy to offer refunds on any Experiences (Gift
Vouchers and UD Experience Vouchers) that are not booked and
that are within a time limit of 28 days from the date of purchase.
A 10% administration charge will be deducted from a cancellation
(a minimum of $20). Changing a booked date will result in
a cancellation fee in order to re-book the services. Refunds,
cancellations, and re-bookings are not acceptable within 21
days of the booked Experience.
Unfortunately there may be a need to cancel an Experience
for certain situations such as, weather or mechanical breakdowns.
We will try to contact you as soon as we are aware of the
situation and will do everything we can to schedule a new
date or time. The Bespoke Experience Group cannot offer reimbursement
to any expenses that are in result to these Experiences.
Refunds must be made to the purchaser of the Experience and
will be credited by the same method of payment (and to the
same credit card, if applicable). If the credit card has expired,
then a request for refund must be made in writing, quoting
the new card number.
Unforgettable Days Concierge Services, Unforgettable
Days Event Management, & Gourmet Meals @ Home
These services cannot be refunded due to the nature of the
service and all sales are final on acceptance of confirmation
and payment. Terms of agreement are similar to those listed
in this section and any changes made on a specific event or
service will be listed in the confirmation agreement. Refunds
on items purchased during the services, can be refunded subject
to the retailer’s terms and conditions however the time
incurred purchasing the item cannot be refunded (excluding
food products).
Cancellation and Curtailment Guarantee – For
the Total Amount
The Bespoke Experience Group will refund the total amount
paid or re-book the day if the participant has to cancel the
Experience before commencement or return home before completion
for the following reason:
The death, accidental bodily injury, or severe illness in
which written documentation must be presented.
Exclusions Applicable to Guarantee
Refunds or re-bookings will not be made where cancellation
is a result of:
- Pregnancy and childbirth if delivery were expected within
three months of the date of participation in the Experience
- The existence or aggravation of any disability, condition
or illness which originated prior to the date of booking
the Experience and which has required medical treatment
within six months immediately preceding such a date
- The existence of any condition or circumstance known
to the participant at the time of booking the Experience
which could reasonably have been expected to result in the
cancellation of the Experience
- All claims arising from the failure of public transport
or mechanical breakdown or accident to personal transport
must be supported by documentary evidence, satisfactory
to The Bespoke Experience Group Ltd., to confirm such failure,
breakdown or accident.
Unforgettable Days Experience Descriptions
The information provided by The Bespoke Experience Group
Ltd. on each experience is correct at the time of print. Despite
this, the content or format of the Experience may change slightly
during the year. Details of each Experience are available
from The Bespoke Experience Group Ltd. Head Office on 905-237-6042 and are included in the gift parcel to outline the event as
well as in the booking confirmation. Your participation is
conditional until the acceptance of the Experience description
and date that you will receive in your booking confirmation.
Please check these details carefully upon receipt and please
return in order for the final booking process to be completed.
Unforgettable Days Experience Pictures
The pictures used in all promotional literature to illustrate
the Experience, are used mainly to illustrate the event. The
vehicles, craft, machines, animals, and settings at each venue
do vary. We aim to collect pictures from all suppliers that
are involved with the Experience.
Unforgettable Days Experience Venues
Although we have a wide network of excellent suppliers, there
are times in which we may need to extract certain venues for
reasons beyond our control. If your chosen location is withdrawn,
you will be offered an alternative venue if it is possible,
however this may be at a different location with a different
supplier. Each venue has its own terms and conditions (available
upon request) and your participation is conditional on your
acceptance of these.
Session Length
Session lengths are approximate, vary from each venue, and
are given simply as an indication of the time you will spend
at the venue. Unless otherwise stated, you will usually be
taking turns with other people in certain Experiences (e.g.
Extreme sport activities) and there may be waiting time involved.
Most itineraries are given as a guide unless they are custom
made to your tastes and the running order of an event may
change.
Restrictions
Certain Experiences are subject to minimum or maximum requirements
(age, health, or weight). We will confirm with you at the
time of booking if any restrictions apply to the participant.
Once booked, you may be liable for the total amount paid if
you have to cancel because the minimum requirements are not
met. Full details will be included in the confirmation and
must be read carefully. Please confirm any concerns that you
may have regarding your participation in the Experience prior
to booking as you may be liable for charges if cancellation
is required.
Weather
Many Experiences are dependent on the weather and must be
taken in account when leading to the day of the event. If
your experience is cancelled due to the weather, you will
be able to re-book upon the discretion of the supplier.
Availability
All Experiences are offered subject to availability and may
incur price changes due to the availability and time constraints.
The most accurate availability is available by contacting
The Bespoke Experience Group Ltd. directly. We will do our
best to secure your preferred choice of dates. To ensure that
you can book the specific date of your choice, please do so
at least 21 days in advance and further during peak times
– weekends or holidays. The necessary consideration
should be maintained when booking international Experiences
as travel arrangements vary on short notice. Please expect
slight variations in prices due to this reason. Bookings are
not confirmed until we receive full payment and you receive
written confirmation.
Where specific elements of the Experience such as vehicles
or celebrities are not available due to mechanical breakdown
or illness, we reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions
on the day. If this is not possible we reserve the right to
cancel the experience at short notice and will contact you
to offer a suitable substitution at a later date.
Special Needs
We welcome the participation of disabled people in our Experiences,
though we recognize that certain Experiences may present difficulties
for those with disabilities. We are committed to ensuring
that disabled customers are given every opportunity to participate.
We ask that you tell us about any disability at the time of
consultation, in order to do our best to meet the particular
needs of the individual. We will be happy to provide information
about the disabled facilities available at specific venues
on request.
Complaints
We welcome your feedback on all Experiences and will send
you a feedback questionnaire after you completed your Unforgettable
Days Experience. If you have a problem or complaint on the
day, please bring it to the attention of the host or manager
at the venue as soon as possible so they have a chance to
amend the situation. Please notify this concern on the feedback
card upon your return so that we can correct the situation
to the best of our ability.
Organizational Guidelines
In order to facilitate the purchase process for the client,
there will only be one invoice presented to the client with
all the services included. The only instance in which this
will differ is when a flight ticket must be purchased, as
it is compulsory that the client makes a separate payment
through a separate invoice (through the help of an affiliated
travel agent). This is due to security precautions outlined
in travel. All suppliers and venues will invoice The Bespoke
Experience Group Ltd. once the purchase order is submitted,
highlighting the relevant reference numbers.
Data Protection Policy
The Bespoke Experience Group Ltd. client base will be protected
by Canadian Legislation in regulations such as, The Privacy
Act and The Personal Information Protection and Electronics
Document Act. This involves how a company can collect, use,
or disclose personal information. Information pertaining to
this legislation may be found at the Office of the Privacy
Commissioner of Canada or at the Head Office of The Bespoke
Experience Group Ltd.
Charitable Services for Children
We at The Bespoke Experience Group Ltd. are devoted to providing
Unforgettable Days to all our clients yet we acknowledge that
there are many children who may not be fortunate enough to
have this opportunity. In order provide these children with
a chance to Experience our services or fulfil their dreams,
we will donate a portion of the value of Mother-To-Be Packages
and New Mom Packages to The Hospital for Sick Children in
Toronto. If you are involved with a specific charity and wish
for a portion of the money to be contributed to that cause,
please contact us and we will be happy to follow through with
that request. For more information regarding these donations
please contact our Head Office.
Travel Services
We understand the importance of travel security and dependability
therefore, we are affiliated with Gareri Travel
in order to offer our clients services from a reputable agency.
Gareri Travel is a member of TICO and follows their
guidelines and restrictions will the utmost of attention.
They have numerous years of experience within the travel industry
and continues to offer their clients commendable service.
They wish to partner with our organization to offer our clientele
an equally worthy service. In addition to airline tickets,
they offer RBC Travel Insurance in their agency. Please contact
us for more information regarding these and other services
that we are happy to offer.
Other Terms and Conditions
All prices are subject to GST (which will be included) and
the base price is correct at the time of print. We reserve
the right to increase the price of any Experience or service
without notice. This is particularly important to Global Unforgettable
Days Experiences where flight and hotel prices vary at different
times. You will be notified of the new price before you place
your order.
Although every care is taken in choosing all the suppliers
used by The Bespoke Experience Group Ltd., we cannot guarantee
the safety standards or satisfactory performance of any of
the suppliers.
All content found in The Bespoke Experience Group Ltd. and
Unforgettable Days promotional material and website are protected
by copyright laws and must not be copied in any form without
the written consent from The Bespoke Experience Group Ltd.
All of the above terms and conditions apply to the use of
any service or product, whether or not the user is the original
purchaser.
The Bespoke Experience Group Ltd. reserves the right to change
any of the content in the terms and conditions from time to
time without reference to customers.
The Bespoke Experience Group Ltd. is incorporated under Canadian
law and Unforgettable Days is a registered operating company
under the parent corporation.
