She will design a fitness regime that covers all your major concerns in a fun and energetic environment. Get together with a bunch of your friends and learn what it takes to get in shape for life, while learning some nutrition hints and techniques that will guide you through those stressful teen moments. More Information
If you wish to participate in a private class, please contact us to get more information regarding this service. The first session is booked through Unforgettable Days, please specify the requested date on the order form. The subsequent sessions must be arranged by you and the instructor. All sessions must be completed within a 6 month period.

Delivery
All Experiences include Next-Day evening delivery with UPS (registered mail). If you would like a morning delivery time or perhaps on a Saturday, please contact us or mention this on the order form to arrange this service.
