Terms of Use

• Regular hours of use are from 8am- 6 pm Monday thru Friday, and are deducted at the basic hourly rate
   
• From the hours of 6pm-11pm the rate of use will be deducted at time and a half, this rate includes services on Saturday
   
• From the hours of 11pm-8am there will be a double hourly charge deducted, this rate includes our services on Sunday
   
• Requests should be scheduled in advance to avoid any time constraints – a 48 hour notice is usually recommended in most instances
   
• The package expires one year from the date of purchase and may be used for any combination of concierge service for any member of the household
   
• Hours may be spread for use throughout the year
   
• For services that require more than one concierge assistant, additional charges may apply
   
• These rates do not include the cost of any purchase that is requested and payment is required in full at time of delivery for these instances
   
• There is a one hour minimum for all requests, however we aim to be efficient and will try to complete multiple tasks together, where possible
   
• Although we will comply with most requests that are made, The Bespoke Experience Group may refuse requests that will infringe upon legal rights and laws
   
• Payment is required in full before services are rendered
